FM18\'s BAN APPEAL

Who ? FM18 ( Ken )
Why ? Because, he has disrespecting others, being rude, JOKING AROUND, and many more.
I think he should be banned because he disrespected others such as :
Jenn, Julia and many more. ( I just can\'t say any at the moment. Or they\'ll get mad at me. >_> )
He has been rude to others. When he was a GM , He was acting goofy, silly, disrespectful, Broke the rules and many more.
Jenn has banned him for a reason such as : Disrespecting others, Insulting, Being Rude, and MANY MORE . >_>;

Ken has been rude to others, saying stuff such as Nigger ( to noobs because a noob was begging for mesos ) The noob was directing at me, but Ken said it was TO HIM, so then he said NIGGER, AND MANY MORE.
Many thoughts from Jenn and Jess, such as.. He already get a bad vibe to the new players. NOT A GREAT WAY TO WELCOME A NOOB. >_>:

--MY THOUGHTS--
Today, I was scrolling, suddenly, Ken came up to me, AND STARTED KILLING ME. Is that disrespectful ? YES. I spammed Jenn and Jess to get her waking up and help me, they didn\'t answer, finally, Jess came back and told JENN. Jenn banned him for disrespecting players and Insulting others. There was a very clear reason, but however, ZAC tagged along, and unbanned Ken. ( Zac is still nice :] )
Witnesses : iJoshy , Pokemon, Melody, Ken, and also ME .
Other Witnesses who saw him try to kill me : Jenn and Jess. They saw him say \' OHH now u buy pain relievers \'

--Other Peoples THOUGHTS--
Jess and Jenn had told me MANY THINGS IN CHAT . They told me Ken had called other new players. They asked for mesos, He calls them NIGGERS and say GO AWAY .
Jenn and Jess has many proof that he has been disrespectful to other players, Jenn was stuck and she made a made a noob character to help me and then she saw ken and then she was just joking and said \" MESOS PLEASE \" then he said \' [filter] OFF \' She then proved that he had some problems.

Why did he get demoted at first? He was abusing powers, name changing alot, Didn\'t follow GM RULES, and many more. He still is breaking the player rules. Why should we keep him with our community? He will start disrespecting others, and make new players leave the server. Jenn was right, she could of banned him at first because he started disrespecting others before he was a GM.
I seriously think we should remove Ken from this community, If he stays, he`ll ruin the whole server and it would go down because of his behavior.

( This is for Jenn. ++ Jess is not trying to get him banned. Shes just helping me. )

wow solid evidence. this player reminds me of another player in old server. Always harassing people and sending out a negative vibe. Solution to his attitude is jail until he stops. He's obviously breaking the rules so no harm in jailing. Also this increases the chance of him breaking a reallly serious rule, which then can lead to a "bannable reason". Just my opinion have fun debating =]

Well, let's not make this a drama in the first place. Ken tends to joke around, maybe a little too severe at times, but that's how he is. He just takes it too far at times, that is all. He is just trying to live his maple life, maybe sometimes disobeying rules, which I totally disagree with, but I agree with a few jokes. Everyone has a different personality, so we gotta learn to accept one another..
