How much can you eat in McDonalds?

Title says it all.

I can eat..

A BigMac and a Double Quarter Pounder.
2 Large fries.
1 Large drink.
1 McFlurry

I don't eat McDonalds because most of there burgers are fake, (Worms, etc.)

I eat IN-N-Out or Carls.Jr but i can only finish a SuperStar burger and then i can't eat anymore X_X
