Is it really that hard to say something?

In a small town, a young girl named Joyce loved a boy named Ryan for many years. She will play and eat with him everyday.
-- After 10 years . --
They are all grown up and Joyce wanted to ask Ryan out. But she was too scared..
Ryan saw this girl from the coffee shop that day who isn't his type and went out with her..He did this because he loved Joyce and wanted her to go out with him..
The next day, Joyce saw them sitting together in his house, she wanted to go in there, but she was too scared. She stared at them for about 10 minutes and said " I cannot lose him..I cannot lose him..I love him so much..I just can't let him go.. " and she kept saying it over and over again..
So she quickly went in and said " I LOVE YOU RYAN..WILL YOU GO OUT WITH ME? "
Ryan stared at her closely and said " Joyce, I love you too, Will you marry me when we are old enough to marry? "
The girl who was with Ryan slapped Ryan in the face and shutted the door.
7 years after..
Ryan and Joyce is married =)
